We are a sports club in Graz, which is dedicated to martial arts. In our gym in Eggenberg/Lend we offer thaibox training as well as fitness boxing.
All training sessions are suitable for beginners as well as more experienced people and we have enough rental equipment on site.
What do you offer?
We offer regular martial arts classes for standup techniques as well as fitness boxing.
What martial arts can I learn at your gym?
In our regular training we teach the Thai national sport Muay Thai. Legs, fists and elbows are used.
What are the training rules?
In our Thaibox training, kicking and punching techniques are covered extensively. The hitting area is the whole body with the exception of the crotch. Punching is done with the elbow, knee, foot, fist, and shin. The execution of the combination is only desired in a sports context, as the use of these techniques without training can cause serious physical injuries.
Can I come for a trial training at any time?
What do I need to bring to the training?
We train exclusively in socks or preferably barefoot, furthermore sportswear in which we can move freely and sufficient water are necessary.
Do I have to be super fit to train with you?
No, each exercise is performed by you and you determine the pace of repetitions, etc.
Is there an age limit to train with you?
While we do not offer a kids training, there is no age limit, but a physical and mental maturity is required to be able to train with adults and not to disturb the training itself. What happens after my free trial?
After the trial, you can decide if you want to become a part of BXN and choose a membership that suits you best.
