Fitness Boxing combines classic boxing elements with intense cardio and strength – perfect if you want to sweat but still pick up technique. Rounds on the punching bag, combinations on the pads, and interval blocks keep you moving.

The training is suitable for all fitness levels: we show you the basics, build up your endurance, and bring rhythm to your punches – motivating, loud, and with a clear focus on movement.
