Early Bird Training

EARLY BIRD

Early Bird is for everyone who wants to start the day with training: technique blocks, cardio impulses, and short combo rounds – efficient, before everyday life gets going.

You train in a motivated early group that brings pace but sets the rhythm so that you go through the rest of the day fit and not knocked out.

You need

Before the trial training

  • Sports clothes
  • Water bottle
  • Light snacks as needed

We have rental equipment on site

After the trial training

  • Boxing gloves
  • Shin guards

Optional

  • Hand wraps
  • Mouthguard
  • Headgear
  • Jump rope for warm-up
