Our classic boxing relies on clean foundation work: alignment, footwork, defense, and clean hits from a standing position. In training, we work with technique drills, clearly structured partner exercises, and targeted conditioning – so that technique remains stable under pressure.

Whether you are just starting out or refining your timing: you receive clear coaching, regular correction, and training that aligns with your level.
