Can I join in right away as a beginner?

Yes. Our sessions are structured so that beginners can start safely and advanced students are still challenged.

How does a trial training work?

You register online, we get in touch with you to coordinate an appointment, and show you the process on site. Rental equipment is available for the start.

What should I bring to the first training?

Sports clothing, a water bottle, and motivation are enough for the first training. We will explain everything else step by step afterward.

Which training types do you offer?

We offer Muay Thai, classic boxing, Fitness Boxing, Women-Only, Early Bird, and Kids Training.

Is there training only for women?

Yes, with Women-Only we have a separate format exclusively for women with a focus on technique, fitness, and a relaxed training atmosphere.

How do I become a member?

The best way is to start with a free trial training. Afterward, we will discuss the suitable membership with you depending on your goals and training frequency.
