Striking #1
We are the Striking #1 in Graz. We offer you a variety of training types, all focused on striking. You can even combine different sessions as you like in our flexible memberships.
Thai boxing in its complete form. We train fists, elbows, knees, and kicks – plus clinching and throws. Technical, demanding, and close to the original. With lots of personal correction and real martial arts know-how.
BoxingClassic boxing at a high technical level. We train footwork, jab, cross, hook, uppercut, and combinations – with a focus on clean execution and a real understanding of the sport. Padwork, bag work, and optional sparring.
Fitness BoxingMartial arts technique as fitness training. You learn real movements from boxing and Muay Thai – striking technique, combinations, bag work – while training endurance, strength, and coordination. No ring, no sparring. Just good, honest training.
KidsMartial arts for children from 8 to 14 years – age-appropriate, safe, and fun. We teach the basics of boxing, train coordination, endurance, and reaction. The focus is on respect, discipline, and team spirit.
Women-OnlyTraining only for women – in an atmosphere where you can simply train. We work with techniques from Muay Thai: striking technique, combinations, bag work. Same intensity as all other classes. Own room, own energy.
